Schulz understood the magical transportive powers of ancient stones and referenced the megalithic standing stones of Stonehenge a number of times in various existentially themed Peanuts strips. Whether your preference leans toward neolithic longbarrows, circles of sarsen standing stones or Cornish Quoits, there is no doubt that old stones are portals to other ages and dimensions.
