DUE TO THE CURRENT LOCKDOWN ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO DISPATCH
Although our webstore is continuing to operate, we currently have reduced staff in the warehouse and are following the current government guidelines.
Although we endeavour to pick, pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, due to the reduced staffing numbers, there may be a delay in receiving your parcel during this period.
We are currently shipping orders out twice a week on monday and thursday
All overseas orders will be despatched with our usual couriers as normal. At the moment all couriers are working as normal as long as local conditions allow.
There is no restrictions on the movement of goods currently.
We will update this message if that changes.
Payment InformationCurrently we only accept payment by Credit/Debit card and Paypal. All transactions carried out on this site are processed in real-time using PayPal or Stripes encryption.
Postage & Packing Information
We will ship via one of our nominated global couriers, order processing may take 2- 3 days, however during busy periods such as season launches or sales it might take longer possibly 4 - 5 days, we appreciate your patience at these times.
Tracking information will be supplied once the item(s) have shipped.
Postage and Packing on all orders over £100 is free worldwide.
Postage and Packing on all UK orders under £100 is charged at a flat rate of £3.99.Postage and Packing on all overseas orders under £100 is charged at a flat rate of £9.99
Our Returns PolicyIf you wish to cancel your order please e-mail [email protected] within 2 hours of having placed the order, otherwise the order will have shipped and the company can't be responsible for the return postage.
Sale items can be returned for exchange but not refunded.
All of the products on this site are produced to the highest quality and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 7 days (14 days for International orders), unworn, complete with all original tags, and in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE condition.
When you return your goods you must ensure that they are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service/ insured as TSPTR cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns. If a delivery is refused and a refund requested we cannot process this refund until the goods are received back into our warehouse.
